Lake Baikal in Siberian Winter

Lake Baikal is the largest freshwater lake by volume in the world, containing 22–23% of the world's fresh surface water. In winter it is solid frozen from December to March with a crystal clear ice of 50 cm to 1 m in thickness. Cars and even trucks use it as pathway but careful driving and local experience is required to stay alive. Follow my tracks over the very special lake and enjoy the experience of vastness and coldness of a Siberian winter.
